Terms of Service

By signing up for Tap-In ("the Service"), you agree to the terms below. We've kept it short and human-readable. The legal version is the one that governs.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, a current employee or contractor of an approved company, and authorized to refer leads on its behalf.
2. Submitting Leads
You agree to submit only leads where you've personally observed the damage or condition, and where the homeowner has been informed about the referral. Don't submit leads from public records, dropped business cards, or third-party sources you don't own.
Tap-In and our restoration partners reserve the right to reject any lead that's duplicate, fraudulent, outside our service area, or otherwise non-qualifying. Rejected leads forfeit the points awarded.
3. Points and Rewards
Points are a digital incentive — they have no cash value outside the Tap-In rewards catalog. Points cannot be transferred to another account. Points cannot be used for illegal purposes.
We will never expire your points or claw them back without cause. We may, however, retire individual prize SKUs from the catalog with reasonable notice (45 days).
4. Prizes
Prizes ship to the address on file. You're responsible for keeping that current. We're not liable for stolen, lost, or returned-to-sender packages once they leave our fulfillment partner.
Cash and gift cards are issued in USD only. Tax reporting may be required if you redeem more than $600 in a calendar year — we'll send you a 1099-MISC if so.
5. Acceptable Use
Don't abuse Scout AI. Don't try to game the leaderboard with fake submissions. Don't share your account. We'll suspend or terminate accounts that violate these basics, and forfeited points will not be reinstated.
6. Termination
You can close your account anytime by emailing hello@tapinleads.com. We can suspend or terminate accounts for violations, abuse, or company offboarding.
7. Disclaimer & Liability
The Service is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service or perfect lead routing. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of points in your account.
8. Changes
We can update these terms with at least 30 days' notice via email. Continued use is acceptance.
