Tap-In ("we", "us") is operated by Nine Lives Development. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it.

What we collect

Account info: name, email, phone, company, role.
Lead data: client name, address, phone, loss type, photos, notes you submit.
Activity data: points earned, prizes redeemed, leaderboard rank, app usage events.
Profile preferences: payout method, shirt size, sports teams, mailing address.
Conversations: messages you exchange with Scout AI.
Device data: browser, OS, IP address (used for security and analytics).

How we use it

Operate the platform — submit leads, award points, fulfill redemptions.
Route leads to restoration partners (Iron Pigeon).
Pay you out and ship prizes.
Improve the product (analytics, error reporting).
Send transactional emails (signup confirmation, lead status, payout receipts).

Who sees your data

Your company admin: sees your activity (leads submitted, points, leaderboard rank).
Iron Pigeon dispatchers: see lead data you submit (so they can route it).
Anthropic (Scout AI): processes your chat messages on a zero-data-retention API.
Resend: processes transactional email delivery.
Vercel: hosts the app and tracks anonymized usage analytics.
We do not sell your personal data. Ever.

Your rights

You can request a copy, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing privacy@tapinleads.com. We respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies for authentication and theme preference. Vercel Analytics uses anonymous, cookieless tracking — no third-party trackers are loaded on this site.

Children

Tap-In is built for licensed contractors and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes

We'll email you and post a banner if anything material changes. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
